How to join

For old and new members alike, go to this link. If you're already signed into your Cityzens account, just press the yellow "Join Club" button near the bottom of the linked page above. If not, press the "Log In to Join Club" button to continue.

NOTE: All members, old and new, need a Cityzens account to become a member from here on out, per the club. If you don’t have one, you can register for free here.

You should receive a "Member Request Received" confirmation email within a few minutes.

Step 3:

Pay the membership fee via Venmo, PayPal, or in person with cash or credit card on match days. (Membership is $20 per adult, $15 for supporters aged 17-21 or over 60, and free for supporters 16 years and younger if they sign up with a paying adult.)

Step 4:

Once payment has been received, you will receive an email confirming your membership for the season within 48 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: While membership is open to anyone around the world, only people living in the New York/Tri-State area will be allowed to request tickets. If you do not live in the region, your ticket request will be denied. No exceptions will be made.

Ticket request policy

Starting with the 2024/25 season, we have a new ticket request policy. Please read it in full.

Due to the massive increase in global demand for game day tickets, we are only allowed to request on behalf of local members in the New York/Tri-State area (New York City, Long Island, Westchester, northern New Jersey, and Connecticut). This new change comes directly from Manchester City and applies to every Official Supporters’ Club branch around the world. Additionally, you cannot request tickets through more than one OSC branch.

Starting with the 2024/25 season, Manchester City will require every member requesting tickets through the OSC to have a separate Matchday Membership, which can be purchased through the club for a fee of £35 per season. We unfortunately cannot process any ticket requests without a corresponding Matchday Membership.

Here is the new ticket request process for all matches, starting in the 2024/25 season.

  1. When Manchester City gives us a game order window, we will email that time frame out to all current members. Tickets can only be ordered in the game ticket window—not before or after. Be aware, City usually gives tight windows and do not allow exceptions.

  2. Members can request tickets for any match, home or away, for any competition, by emailing us. Members can make requests only for themselves—no exceptions—but they can request more than one ticket, provided that everyone in your party is a current, paid member of the New York Sky Blues.

  3. If allocated, each supporter will receive an email directly from Man City asking them to pay for their ticket. As mentioned above, a separate Matchday Membership is required to purchase tickets through the OSC.

  4. Once the supporter receives their link, they have 48 hours to pay. Failure to pay within this time frame means the ticket will be withdrawn. (Again, no exceptions.)

  5. Once paid, the supporter will receive a purchase confirmation.

  6. The tickets will then be sent directly to the Supporter either as a Mobile Ticket, a PDF, or mailed as a Paper Ticket.

Before requesting tickets, please make sure that your Cityzens account details are correct, specifically your mailing address, mobile phone number, and email address, as City have made it absolutely clear that they will not be held responsible if a supporter’s details are incorrect, which could potentially lead to your tickets to not arrive.

Code of conduct

We are proud to be a diverse supporters club in a diverse city, and we aim to have a safe, inclusionary, and welcoming environment for all.

All Blues are accepted and welcomed in our midst, no matter their race, gender, ethnicity, religion, sexuality, or anything else. We do not tolerate or condone discriminatory behavior, harassment, and/or bigotry of any kind, on any level. This includes—but is not limited to—racism, sexism, xenophobia, homophobia, transphobia, antisemitism, Islamophobia, and ableism.

Additionally, we do not tolerate hateful chants and/or songs about or referencing disasters and/or tragedies that affected rival clubs. It is not banter, it is not funny, and we hold no quarter for it.

If you ever feel unsafe for any reason and want to report an incident, please don’t be afraid to let us know, either by telling us in person, by email, or by direct messaging us via social media.

We take any and all reports seriously.

“Absolutely loved being over in NYC. The City fans there are amazing. Big up the New York Sky Blues. Heroes.”
